I will be issuing Press Release.  The "granting" of the brief as "amicus curiae" just means that they allowed a brief in support of my Petition for a Writ.

 

Significant is they "denied" my Petition for Writ of Certiorari before Judgment.  Therefore, case in Supreme Court over.

 

However, I still have same case before 3rd Circuit.
